Return Policy
Return is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this return policy and the table below. The policy can be partially changed accordingly vendor and product verification. All kinds of refund will be paid on the base of our government policies and the real payment of the customer.
Special Note: For any kind of damage issue, customer have to complain in front of or in presence of the delivery man or courier office staffs, otherwise it should not be granted. Customers need to do unboxing videos for any items, where the unboxing process, invoice, etc. should be clearly visible for internal and external investigation. For any case where the items is not similar to what customer ordered, the item is broken, parts missing, damaged, etc. then customers are required to send the unboxing videos to globuybd2025@gmail.com and inform our customer service (01848176666) and/or send a message to our Official Facebook Page about the incident.
The return policy is divided into three parts; please do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.
Part 1 – Category, Return Window and Actions Possible

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing
In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address. During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
- Correct Product: IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached.
- Complete Product: All in-the-box accessories (remotes, manuals, chargers, etc.) must be present.
- Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, and without stains. Devices (Mobiles/Laptops) must be formatted and locks (iCloud/Screen Lock) disabled.
- Undamaged Product: No scratches, dents, or tears on the product.
- Undamaged Packaging: Product’s original box should be undamaged.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
Part 3 – General Rules for a successful Return
- In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement, a refund will be given.
- Open Box Deliveries: If you receive a different or damaged product during open box delivery, you will be given a refund (on-the-spot for COD). Once accepted, no return request will be processed except for manufacturing defects.
- Installation: For products where installation is provided by Globuy‘s service partners, do not open the packaging yourself. Globuy authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation.
- Furniture: Issues will be checked by authorized personnel. Full replacement is only provided if the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty part will not resolve the issue.
- Wrong Delivery: If you received a delivery confirmation but no product, you must report the issue within 72 hours for Globuy to investigate.
Refund Timeline:
If any order is canceled, the payment shall be refunded within 72 hours to 10 working days. It may take longer in exceptional cases related to payment gateways or government authorities. Any received cashback, bonus, or gift amounts will be adjusted with the refund amount.
